Service Description

Learn to Row Level 2: Sculling will apply the skills learned in CRSD's Level 1 class. You will warm up on the ergs and learn the difference between sweep rowing and sculling. You will then set up your sculling shell, help bring it to the water, learn how to enter the shell, and work on maneuvering shell around the boat launch and into the channel. Most students will begin in our pontooned leisure shells. Pontoons are like training wheels for boats, stabilizing the sculling shell so that it doesn't flip over.
