Rowers must complete an orientation prior to rowing on the water with our club.
The orientation will include:

a tour of the boathouse

an overview of club rules and best practices

a review of the bay hazard map and port regulations

completion of administrative requirements such as the liability waiver, iCrew setup, and WhatsApp group access
A coach will review yours skills assessment survey to determine one's appropriate boat selection, familiarity with equipment, and comfort on water to decide whether one can row.
