must complete an orientation prior to rowing on the water with our club. New members with rowing experience will begin with an orientation that includes a tour of the boathouse, an overview of club rules and best practices, a review of the bay hazard map and port regulations, and completion of administrative requirements such as the liability waiver, iCrew setup, and WhatsApp group access. A coach will then conduct a skills assessment to determine the appropriate boat selection, followed by a row to familiarize you with the club, equipment, and local rowing environment.
