Cancellation Policy

Scheduling for the weekend is closed on Friday at 5pm. To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. If your LTR Camp/Class is cancelled prior to the first day you will be refunded the full amount. If the cancellation occurs after the start of the camp then the refund will be prorated for the number of days that service was provided. Refunds will occur within 10 days.
