Sea Dragon Snaps
Originally created by artist Deana Mando for the Port's "Urban Trees 3" exhibition in 2006, the Sea Dragon is a 17 foot tall sculpture made of fiberglass and polyurethane over a flexible aluminum tube with welded steel supports. The Port of San Diego relocated the Sea Dragon to the National City Aquatic Center in 2017.
